A few words from the editor:
We tested many storage providers include Strato, 1&1, Dropbox, Sky drive...
Non of them have hotlinking with rules for domains you allow and not. 4shared have hotlinking but the bandwidth limit is per months not per daily basis limited as well as swf flash doesn't recognize as movie stream and offer only as download, so u cant embed flash anywhere.
OpenDrive have options to set on a flash animation or the bigger sized movie streams and audio clips the links as a stream to embed and as download link that makes the big difference.
OpenDrive is unique with this features. If you want to use the storage space on the web, you are by the most competitors very limited. The only negative side is OpenDrive doesn't support WebDev at the moment. Would WebDav and FTP support come in the future it's the ultimate storage solution with fast servers.
