I've installed eMule Extreme v0.48a (and after Zambor 2, FXemule and other mod version!) in Italy but in the Report Server message box it appear "Connection refused.your ip is blacklisted" ?

I was have once the same. It's now away was about one months long by some servers only. Do you have a IPfilter in your emule dir, if delete it maybe it's block your self or firewall. If not, them servers may have your IP range wrong as kind of maliciouse blocked. Normal this used by INA reserved ranges IP's and anti p2p ranges. Check first if you have a ip filter dat in your emule config folder if so delete this file.

ReplyDeleteIt can not be cause of emule mods. As the one above me wrote, normaly only if the ip is recognized as anti p2p or like that. Do you have a dynamic IP?
Try with max server list "exotical server" Asia and USA non European server if it's happen there too.

Don't push "reask server for new sources" to often server can ban for a while. Let 10 minutes or more between reask. You can load only the kat file and use only katamilla (no server).
