separate user script folder from profile folder: - switch set User Scripts folder {create folder if not exist} next to the App folder out of the Profile sub folder. Move your scripts, if any, from profile sub folder to this folder in main. Moving Extensions folder into main makes no sense as they need relative paths in profile settings to work (extensions are stored with decencies of there file locations).
Profile default folder in portable can be empty for a 'fresh' run.
