eMule 0.50a ZZUL TRA TL 0.3c

Subsequent versions cannot be integrated with ZZUL TRA 2.1 due to compatibility issues with hideOS and ICS within ZZUL TRA 2.1. Therefore, I must enhance my proficiency to incorporate valuable functionalities from the next iteration of ZZUL TRA and other modifications.

Version 0.3c:
- Implemented a minor penalty for "downloader-only" clients via CA (foster client rotation).
- Applied a small correction to PBF checks.
- Optimized the distribution of upload slots between lowID and HighID.
- Disabled PS for unverified users (e.g., PBF).
- Removed noHighPriorityCheck (this feature consumes significant CPU resources unnecessarily; after 50 minutes, with slots at 3kb/s, all PBF clients are able to connect).
