eMule 0.47c Applejuice 1.3.1

FEATURES:
Applejuice Creditsystem:
- fixed major bug saving Applejuice Credits of other Clients
- only overwrite creditsave.dat file on closing eMule if we were connected to the network this session
- limit number of max allowed Creditdownload Clients depending on own download limit (or download capacity)
- disable Applejuice Creditdownload on stopping file
- reduced Overhead of Applejuice Creditsystem
- fixed bug with Applejuice Creditfactor on completing and stopping file
- fixed downloaded amount via Creditdownload didn't count to creditdownload client transfers
- stop Applejuice Creditdownload depending on number of downloading clients via Creditdownload
- increased maximal allowed value for Autostart Applejuice Creditdownload
- some other optimizations

Community:
- force Community Source Exchange until we got 3 answers and repeat it every 6 hours
- fixed bug with better sending Queuerank to Community Clients on first connect

Connection:
- drop blocking sockets now drops all clients with a blocking ratio of at least 80% for the last 20 seconds
--- don't allow them to entry our upload again for 30 minutes
--- give them 75% of their waitingtime back
- set drop blocking sockets default setting to enabled
- some other minor changes on drop blocking sockets code

Other:
- improved Community Faker
- removed extra Score boost for PowerRelease Files (because they have an own Upload Level)
- minor improvement on Upload Level code
- do versioncheck only once every day
- fixed bug with Anti-non-eMule Clients (only occured in v1.3)


GUI:
- Applejuice Statistics for session and cumulative
--- detailed information about known Community Clients, Downloaded/Uploaded to Community and Applejuice Credits
- Client icon for Applejuice Releaser Clients (Clients who support Applejuice Community, but disabled it) [icon by Snake-eATER]
--- also mark them in Applejuice Client detail page
- fixed sotring in Community List 'software' column
