IP Filter updater + flags updater for uTorrent and BitTorrent 6

      uTorrent + BitTorrent IP Filter and flags updater openMedia, ozzy, pawcio
           Creates Shortcut under Program Files/uTorrent, BitTorrent
   You can select wheter you want ozzy's IP filter or openMedia Full or pawcio's
            Update once a week is recommended but not more often!!!
                          It also updates flags.conf and flags.bmp.
         A backup from the old files will be saved with the extension .bak

Iconset "Flags-Icons" (Icons for the Country Flags)

This icons have the name 'flags.bmp'. In addition a file with name 'flags.conf' resolve the addresses for it.
The 'Flags' will be shown by all Peers. A IP to country solution is simple (e.g. 'ru' for Russia, 'fr' for France, 'nl' for the Netherlands, ...) this is done automatically; additional in the 'flags.conf' known '.net' and '.com' addresses will be shown.
Unknown (not listed) 'net' and 'com' addresses will be shown with the 'us' flag.
If you see under 'Peers' only IP numbers, (like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) right click 'IP-address dissolve' activate.

Flags-Icons for µTorrent / BitTorrent 6 (www.utorrent.com)

Please post a message in this forum if you found a '.net' oder '.com' address, which is not in 'flags.conf' present (please check before!)

The files flags.conf + flags.bmp in µTorrent / BitTorrent 6 are active after a new start or with 'STRG+SHIFT+R' the new version 'flags.conf' load by running µTorrent / BitTorrent get actualized.

Settings to activate Flags: 'peer.resolve_country' under 'settings' 'enhanced', must be 'false' selected (otherwise the service from DNSBL is used.
