Menu Syntax merged from VeryCD
DLP and Shared is in options not active yet due string changes in Chinese eXcalibur.
China did compress in original eXcalibur with upx and modify the header, The file size looks small compaired to not compressed build.

To Fix:

Change to a valid emule Version 0.48.xx that the language menu can be used and get right language file links.
