    It is normally for PC Welt reader. The magazine is shipped around the world to subscripters in oversee. The website says limited to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You need to use a proxy to get the code. Over the weekend the server seems to be busy and you may get the message "Bitte versuchen Sie es später...". I do believe tomorrow it will work again.
