After a long period of strategic silence and low-frequency operations from our previous rural Eastern and Northern European outpost, we have fully transitioned to our new operational cycle. The Current Deployment: We are now alternating between the regulatory sanctuary of Iceland and the high-speed intelligence hubs of Singapore , before relocating to the Mekong Delta Hub for a longer-term signal persistence. Apologies for the recent downtime; I've been busy hardening our DNS configurations for enhanced security (Global HTTPS/TLS). A full site redesign (CSS, HTML, JS, and AI-integrated features) is underway to optimize our new CDN backbone and eliminate legacy graphical debt. Stay tuned. The audit never stops. This little tool will automatically download, extract and copy the ipfilter.dat for the program you choosed in the right place.
The program cleanup what has been downloaded and is no longer needed automatically.
The project is design so that no admin rights should be asked for UPDATING function.
If you downloaded this program and are asked for admin rights to UPDATE, DON\’T allow it, and download it again from the legit URL. (The program ask for admin rights ONLY during the installation process and to enter configuration mode!)
Hope you like it. Also check for update every once in a while, use the URL provided above, or the “Website” button from the Updater.

- Added support for µTorrent, BitComet, BitLord, BitTorrent, BitSpirit & eMule (new cleaner way). (See More About IPFilter for more information about other clients.)

- Added support for possiblity to download the IPFilter to a custom folder (see Configuration), if your bittorrent client needs import before allowing IPFilter to work.

- Added support for prefered update link (the application automatically set a link as prefered when you update with it).

- Improved & redesigned Configuration Window.

- Added support for links.xml creation the first time the Updater starts. It allows, among other things, updating the application without loosing the links you created (the Updater creates it, only if it doesn’t find it).

- Fixed multiple minor bugs.
