[Bugs]
If IP's ending with 0 (zero) eMule Off Mod do not allow to connect using a low ip to any server and kad network.
Fix:
Your ip (xxx.xx.xx.0) ends with a 0. The edonkey protocol assigns a LOWID to you. It's OK

    eMule 0.49 Off v4.0:

    you know you can also run the command
    Shutdown -S -F -T 00
    it will shutdown the pc in 00 seconds.
    or to run the command
    Shutdown -R -F -T 00
    and it will restart the pc in 00 seconds

    it will at least ask if you wanna save or close running tasks with interrupt and not kill unsaved work!
