eMule 0.47c beba v1.3

Changes:
Tuxman's eMule beba

v1.3 [the baguette edition]:
A very senseful, but clichéd edition name, isn't it? However, I'm very glad to see that the beba mod has many fans in France. Merci! :-)
This release is mostly a graphical redesign; only a few small things were fixed. Also WiZaRd's IntelliFlush system has been added (replaces the old file buffer slider).
