    Es gibt nur Credits an uploader. Mit anderen Worten es bestraft no-upload Clienten.
    Kritik erwünscht fals ich falsch liege.

    Reines Wunschdenken...
    Ist einfach als upload limiter zu bezeichnen und kein CS.
    zuerst bekommt jeder Clients 10MB danach gibt's punkte=0 und Bewertung=0 (die Up/Dl dif beträgt 10MB egal ob zwischen beiden clients daten austausch gefunden hat bsp. 910 zu 900MB der 900MB client bekommt auch 0 Bewertung und Punkte)
    auch no-upload oder sonstige leecher.
    haben alle wartende die 10MB bekommen Spielt nur noch die Wartezeit eine Role also jeder client kommt weiterhin in den up ob 0-uploader oder andere hier zählt nur die Wartezeit.
    einfach selbst in der warteschleife nachsehen (Sortierung Bewertung oder Score/Punkte.
    Bei mir hatten alle nach 24H (Upload-Limit 400 KB/s) Bewertung=0.und bekamen fleißig Upload nach der wartezeit.
    Also kein Vergleich zu Richtigen CS wie Ratio CS oder andere.
    Bei diesen "Justice Credit" hier bekommen 0=Uploader sogar mehr weil einfach nur die wartezeit berücksichtigt wird!!!
