1. by Modstrin/name in menu, write any name and number like: MyNameis 1.9
don't use special letters/character in modnames such as: $*.Øú+-ï,ÿ

    Maybe i'm doing something wrong :(

    I geth this in the log: IP2COUNTRY: error CountryFlag, failed to load in C:\ProgramData\eMule\config\countryflag.dll

    And i see only downloading end not uploading to others.

    With the 1.2 and 1.7 i didnt have any problem, only with this RS v1.8 version.

    Any help please
