Applejuice Creditsystem:
- fixed bug on entering stop automatic started Creditdownloads
- fixed loading Autostart and Autostop Creditfactor setting from preferences.ini
- minor fix on Applejuice Creditdownload

Manual Source Handling:
- Super Source Finder
--- manual search sources for all Files
--- select networks (ed2k/kad) to search for Sources in Preferences
--- the higher the upload average is the more often Super Source Finder can be used
- manual reask a single non Applejuice Community Client in Download List (via TCP and UDP)
