Can the dev make an open api for server refferer spoofing request to the http downloader that people can add more files to index on http.
For example:

index betanews.con download folder
send referrer header request from main domain etc....
same as inside already by a few domains to found????

sample by web browser:
see http://www.stardrifter.org/refcontrol/

script can possible work with little changes in IE7Pro for IE
